The short answer is all kinds. The beauty in the skillset of project management and leadership, is that it can be applied to almost any situation or project. The most important thing is that we want to help and be an asset. We’ll only take on projects where we believe we can provide a high-level of value.

What industries do you specialize in?

Much of our experience stems from the world of construction and renewables projects, but also includes IT project management and government work. What we’ve learned however, is project management is a broad skillset, and construction projects are demanding, risky, with aggressive schedules and involve dozens of different entities. If you have a complex, risky, or challenging project, we can help.

Can you support short term or urgent projects?

Absolutely. Often times the advantage of a 3rd party consultant is their ability to get onboarded quickly, and support only where and when you need it. That need may fluctuate from week to week as a project progresses. We’re here to meet your needs.

Do you offer consulting on process improvement?

As project managers, we often touch many areas of a project or company, and get involved in a lot of processes. That exposure helps in understanding the positives and negatives associated with different approaches to complex processes. Often times, when you’re trying to understand or improve your own companies’ processes, it can turn into a full time job which you are not able to support on your own. We’re here to help.
